Face-to-face sessions are offered at the Kyneton office on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:00am - 5:30pm.
Approach
Therapy offers a non-judgmental space where active listening and dialogue are used to invite exploration of one's concerns with curiosity and compassion.
Drawing from a psychodynamic framework, my approach respects the individual's lived experience and their unique personal, relational, worldly and spiritual context. The intention is to make sense of what may be causing distress and empowering the individual to find their own inner solutions.
My approach integrates elements of attachment theory, somatic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness, and systems models.
